When you're down
erase that frown
open your eyes
and see what's around
Do you have a bed?
And other creature comforts?
Do you wake up to the smell
of freshly cooked crumpets?
Do you have a fridge?
and a cupboard full of food?
Can you go out and party whenever you're in the mood?
Do you have a good family?
And a few close friends?
People that will be there for you
until the very end
If you have any or all of these
then put a smile on your dial
and maybe you'll realise
that your life is worthwhile
